Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) will organise a training course on “SHETECH: SHAPING TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP FOR WOMEN IN TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (TVET)” from 30 May to 7 June 2024. The course is organised by the Centre for Continuous Learning and APEL (PPBA) under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) and funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Malaysia. Participants involved in this course are from Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Philippines and Ecuador.

Shaping Technology Leadership for Women in TVET (SheTECH) course aims to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to achieve in TVET while alsocontributing to gender equality and innovation in the technology sector. This course will adopt interactive classroom activities, group discussions, group projects, and presentations. The implementation of this course will also enable Malaysia to share expertise and experience in the shaping technology leadership for women in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
